Staff separate jin and jk because they know they are real and they will be friction if they are together. in case of Tae and Jk staff knows they are just being playful and jk does not respond to Taeyongs move.

Back when jungkook was a minor, he's underage, they ,wrote on this 'individual message boards or something, suga refused to read out jungkook's message to jin because i think is something about his feelings towards jin, suga keeps stressing jungkook is underage, from there jungkook already had crush on jin, or was it called 'puppy's love'???
