I use this trick a lot when I'm solo. That AC on the Pelican is way stronger than our handheld unit. It will kill everything from almost farther than you can see. It does move toward the enemy as well. If you have one OBJ left close to Extract, use this trick before you go do the thing. Just DO NOT let enemies get close. Friendly fire happens....

random stealth tip for bile titans: if you are in a bush and dont move at all, you have a high chance of going unnoticed if you are trying to avoid those pesky gaints even if he walks right above you
Some other things about the Slugger 1. The stagger can prevent bugs like the brood commander from getting anywhere close to you when they are chasing you 2. It can shoot open garage doors 3. It can shoot through enemies, hitting more enemies through them. This can really help in clearing groups of small bugs 3.
I mainly use the punisher but I also noticed, it can stop the bile spitter from spitting if you shoot them as they rear their head to spit. Super helpful. Oh and the stagger works on stalkers as well.
With the new nerf chargers are even easier, use an expendable anti tank and shoot the head. Anywhere on the head. Instant kill. Since you can call in an AT launcher every minute or so you basically always have access to kill not one but two chargers.
You can cancel out the small bug attacks (hunters fleas scavengers) by melee-ing them first. You just have to get the timing down and a hunter will never land those jump attacks. Doesn’t really help when there are more than two, however for those awkward times where your guns are empty and you’re staring down a hunter as it jumps side to side like the “YAAAAA” kid from vine. Definitely helps. Oh and you can stun lock one by spamming melee. The feeling of beating down the last hunter after swatting them out of the air is unparalleled. Makes you feel like bane beating down Batman in sewers. “You fight like a younger man, nothing held back. Admirably, but mistaken.”
If you're really eagle eyed you can spot certain formations on the map that will be side objectives. If you right click ping them on the map they will get the 4 corners marker instead of the pin confirming they are the side objective.
Bonus tip: you can combine a few of these tips. When a charger rears up before charging you can attach a support call in to it's face for an easy kill (this also works on it's underbelly from the back but is much harder to hit) so yeah, call in that stalwart to kill the charger, why not?

Commonly known tip for the autocannon to manage reloading before empty provides a faster reload. This same concept can be applied to your primary, secondary and some support weapons! If you manage reloading these weapons before they go empty, you’ll save a few seconds from not having to do an empty reload animation! This has definitely saved me from those pesky hunters 😁
Useful tip! Got a Jet pack ? Run forward, use the pack and at max height launch your stratagem for extra distance 👍 great for launching orbitals and eagles into bases without having to get too close 👍
I think the punisher is also slept on in its own way. It doesn't have as much penetrating power but the wider dispersal of shot makes it great for clearing big mobs of low tier enemies. Like hunters and scavengers. If you're carrying heavy at ordinance, it can be a life saver if enemies get too close.

Hey man, just wanna say that tip about using the precision strike on a charger worked immediately! Awesome to keep the precision strike relevant even late game.
Another good tip I have is using the recoiless rifle exclusively for chargers. Either let them charge at you and turn around to face you or get them from afar, it doesn't matter. Just so long as you hit the head, it's an immediate kill. Even if you miss the head, it most likely will instead hit the legs.
Fun fact; before you shoot a charger with an eat-17, keep it on your back and call in a fresh stratagem so it sticks on the charger! The hell pod will kill and now you have more AT for the next charger pack or bile Titan
8:58 you unknowingly pointed out another tip. Red beam strategems will always land wherever the beacon first shines, meaning your Orbital won't suddenly land on u if it sticks to a bug/bot that then charges you. Blue beam strategems will track the beacon and always land wherever it is - even if it gets stuck to an enemy or friendly
16:41 I noticed when I have a lot of samples and I want to drop them, it doesn't drop all the samples and some still stay with me which is very annoying bug. Not sure if you encountered this?
I use the slugger instead of the breaker instead most of the time. I also use the expendable rocket for chargers, 2 chargers per call in, 70s. Its more efficient than the orbital. And if done right I can take out another charger by sticking the expendable call in and sticking it to him.
As for throwing the precision air strike at the charger, this works with support weapons aswell. I use the single use anti tank for this as it has a low cool down and gives you two more shots to deal with big stuff.
For chargers, I found that if you throw any support stratagem at a charger, and it sticks to them, it can also one shot any chargers. One EAT stratagem can potential kill 3 chargers
Pro tip: Drop your samples off at extract especially if you are carrying a lot or have super samples nd pick them up when it time to extract. This saves you from the pain of returning to an area contested with enemies. You can also drop them of at accessible location before engaging a fight or objective so it doesn't get lost in the chaos.

@@Nasdorachi Same, but also larger maps too. Perch it up high and mow down bug breaches or defend while an objective is being done. When used right it's invaluable imo and much easier to avoid friendly fire than eagle call.
Also there’s enough of a time window to call in an EAT and use it against a drop ship the second you see a red flare get shot in the air. Just aim for the jet boosters in the corners.
Look at the mission modifiers. Sometimes, they increase how long it takes for the EAT to drop. On those missions, I bring the recoiless and coordinate with my team to see if anyone wants to team reload. It's great for harder difficulties because you can drop 3+ drop ships. Not to mention any tanks and hulks they drop off as well.
If you’re in your mech you can one shot a charger with a middle. Wait for him to charge at and run at you for a little bit and then aim for the head and they go flying. Arc thrower opens doors and pretty much everything you said was things I do lol
I just wish the mech would give you a grace period to get out before it blows you up. Like "destruction imminent, 3 seconds to evacuate" or something. Also, you still take damage after using a stim. It just has a HoT effect. Saying it's an invulnerability window is incorrect, and I don't want people blaming you for trying to stim and tank a spewer or titan spit or charger charge or something. In fact, it only takes about 9-10 hunters to completely negate the effect of a stim and kill you through it's healing.
I tried out all the primaries and braker in my opinion is still best, I think the nerf was to scare people into trying new things but it still has long Range, mid range, short range, stoping power, chaf clear, speed, etc. It’s the same gun it was with 3 less shells.
Automaton fighter here i got a tip that sadly most people don’t do till they’re low on stims Remember your ABC’s Always Be taking Cover and try to avoid getting pinned it’s best to shoot and skoot but still keep your head on a swivel and you eyes on the map so your cover isn’t just 50% effective And by GOD if there’s any bots in the distance walking around leave them BE Less Lasers flying towards you and your squad is always better
For the punp shotgun i dont even think you have to animation cancel just empty it, reliad and fire every time you get a shell in the mag it should do it automatically
Skull admiral Negão da Válvula here. My tip is to always have the smallest amount of dmg to your heaalth possible so you can stim yourself for an instant stamina refill. Ez ways to get a lil bit of dmg is to step on a goo mine or democratically dive head first into a rock from a slightly elevated position.
Any tip to get up faster? Pretty often my character will stay on the ground for way too long even if I'm spamming space or trying to run. Often causing death.
@@NasdorachiI found a way to get up very consistently and have had much less issues with this since. Using the dive button to get up instead of space or run.
The grenade glitch also works with the Supply pack. And it seems to only work if you are using a controller, all my Kb&m friends cant do it. This has been in game since day one.
Not true. I've been doing the nade trick since the first week on pc with kb&m. Works woth 2-3/4 and 4-5/6 to give you 5/4 or 7/6. I do this every single game, and yes supply packs also work for it
Something that has come up in the 5 days since this was posted is the new Warbond. The Sickle Laser rifle found there is one of the best primary weapons in the game. It's a very good, highly accurate laser assault rifle that has no recoil and effectively unlimited ammo if used correctly. The stun grenade found there is damned useful too. I am told the pistol is also good but I don't have personal experience with it
yeah ive gotten it and the plasma punisher (grenade launcher) shotgun lol. still a ways off from the final page/guns but ill try to make a new video this week just to update things. I saw a new version of the mech leaked that has 4 autocannons on it also!
@@NasdorachiI am a little newer to the game and don't have the warbond unlocked far enough to get the slugger, I'd add that the early unlock Punisher is a fantastic gun too. It's my go to even over the Breaker. It doesn't have the long range punch or armor pen of the Slugger but it has a much higher base damage and it has a knockback to it. That knockback is damned useful. It can interrupt the bug multihit melee combo. It can also open paths in herds of bugs to keep you from getting stuck in. I didn't know your reload trick with the Slugger but it must work with the Punisher to.
On the precision strike on Chargers, the devs have confirmed reds not tracking their beacons is a bug not a feature so this will be even easier eventually.
no, but it's more a tip that any level player can do, even new ones. if youre experienced then the buffs to the headshot meta for EAT's and Recoilless rifle is a great option. also if you run circles around the charger it wont move till it lines up a new charge, you could in theory use this technique for complex strat missions.
The pump action shot gun has a glitch. That lets you continuously reload the gun without any animation I haven't figured out exactly how to do it. I just mash the fire, dive, and reload buttons and it'll happen, usually because I'm being swarmed and and panicking hitting those buttons. You hear you reloading sound effect and you're will see you clip count increase but you can fire and look around like nothing going happening
A better tip for the chargers, instead of wasting a orbital strike, you can dodge him and when his butt is pointing towards you, throw a impact grenade at his butthole. If thrown correctly his butt will explode and he will be on a (i think) 10 sec timer, after that he's dead. So when his butt exploded, just dodge for a few sec and he's dead. With 4 grenades you can take out 4 chargers if done correctly
yeah they do. i think it doesnt get sticky till it's flown a certain distance and or encountered a material it doesn't bounce off by default. idk it's kindof wonky, but they do stick a lot of times and will track to the beam unlike red call-ins.
@Nasdorachi I think it sticks to none armour unless it bounces twice from what I've seen,so if you can aim for chargers under garments it sticks from what I've seen. Admittedly in the heat of the moment I could of imagined all that lol
Half the time, it seems like mech melee just doesn't work? I don't know if it's just me? Also, I am aware that legs can be damaged. Even when I just called them in, I've noticed it.
As of today, April 2nd 2024, the extra grenade trick no longer works and has been patched.
A sad day for all of us grenadier build types.

@@Nasdorachi Same, but also larger maps too. Perch it up high and mow down bug breaches or defend while an objective is being done. When used right it's invaluable imo and much easier to avoid friendly fire than eagle call.
@@Nasdorachi And if paired with recoiless and stun grenades you can step off it stun everything and take out the chargers before they destroy it.
That last Tip was my favorite 😉
I can confirm that while inside the mech, the shield will tank a direct hit from a missile. Extremely useful against bots specifically.
The slugger can also take out spore mushrooms.
This vid is top tier..didn't know any of these
appreciate you for checking it out!
Also there’s enough of a time window to call in an EAT and use it against a drop ship the second you see a red flare get shot in the air. Just aim for the jet boosters in the corners.
Yeah that could come in super clutch with a squad that's on-point. You could knock out most reinforcements before they even arrive.
@@axel8406 i’ll keep that in mind. Thanks!
@AwwhHex no problem. I love the EAT, but those modifiers make it so you might get one dropship if three come.
Bro.. I rock the same armor suit without ever seeing your videos.haha..great minds think alike
Did not know you could fill bug holes with pods! Thats an awesome tip!
I'm glad you're doing great with the Helldivers content Nas, you should definitely stream this and keep it up!
its gonna be tough for me to make a daily or even near daily thing out of this game, but at least it shows i still got it in me lol.
You can destroy spore spewers from across the map with the slugger as well in about 8-10 shots you don't have to use explosives like most people think
In fact, it only takes about 9-10 hunters to completely negate the effect of a stim and kill you through it's healing.
an eject button with funny ragdoll physics would be great lol
@@Nasdorachi I'd be fine with that lol
I believe it should depend on a damage. Something like a shot from a cannon should Explode it IMO
I tried out all the primaries and braker in my opinion is still best, I think the nerf was to scare people into trying new things but it still has long Range, mid range, short range, stoping power, chaf clear, speed, etc. It’s the same gun it was with 3 less shells.
You can "use" Charger's Charge to kill another charger or bug hole
How do you cancel de reloading animation for the shotgun, though?
we call that rock "Dwayne"
Automaton fighter here i got a tip that sadly most people don’t do till they’re low on stims
Remember your ABC’s
Always
Be
taking
Cover
and try to avoid getting pinned it’s best to shoot and skoot but still keep your head on a swivel and you eyes on the map so your cover isn’t just 50% effective
And by GOD if there’s any bots in the distance walking around leave them BE Less Lasers flying towards you and your squad is always better
For the punp shotgun i dont even think you have to animation cancel just empty it, reliad and fire every time you get a shell in the mag it should do it automatically
that is animation cancelling, youre cancelling the reload animation by firing,
Skull admiral Negão da Válvula here. My tip is to always have the smallest amount of dmg to your heaalth possible so you can stim yourself for an instant stamina refill. Ez ways to get a lil bit of dmg is to step on a goo mine or democratically dive head first into a rock from a slightly elevated position.
Weapon swap tip is gonna save me big time
Great tips thanks hope the game keeps people diving
You can shoot spore mushroom if you see it even with primary weapon
great tips, btw you can switch off the helmet it got fixed, it doesnt give you speedboost anymore.
I wear this one cause it's the only hooded helmet and I like the aesthetic lol
Any tip to get up faster? Pretty often my character will stay on the ground for way too long even if I'm spamming space or trying to run. Often causing death.
It's on and off for me too, usually get slowed when swarmed or when hunters poison me lol. I just sprint to get up or stim then sprint
Re-bind. The default control scheme is fucking abysmal.
If someone has a supply pack and has used a supply, the resupply both gives them supplies and resupplies the supply pack
Not true. I've been doing the nade trick since the first week on pc with kb&m. Works woth 2-3/4 and 4-5/6 to give you 5/4 or 7/6. I do this every single game, and yes supply packs also work for it
Sickle is the new meta primary, imo. If you work it right, basically unlimited ammo.
Great tips! Thank you. 😊
Pair the stun with 500k bomb for easy confirmed kill on bile titans.
On the precision strike on Chargers, the devs have confirmed reds not tracking their beacons is a bug not a feature so this will be even easier eventually.
Also the Arc Thrower can kill a Bile Titan when it’s about to vomit at you.
I knew almost none of these! I usually just shoot everything that moves. Now I'll be a better player.
What’s the background music song?
which one? lol
Its officially called knob rock between me and my friends
Charger Orbital Strike tip probably won't work on a mission with the Complex Strategem Plotting that increases the deployment time.
no, but it's more a tip that any level player can do, even new ones. if youre experienced then the buffs to the headshot meta for EAT's and Recoilless rifle is a great option. also if you run circles around the charger it wont move till it lines up a new charge, you could in theory use this technique for complex strat missions.
You had me at “extra grenade” 🥰😍😘
the fake rock can in fact spawn the super uranium.
I used my SOS beacon ALL the time before wasting grenades
Great tips!
The pump action shot gun has a glitch. That lets you continuously reload the gun without any animation I haven't figured out exactly how to do it. I just mash the fire, dive, and reload buttons and it'll happen, usually because I'm being swarmed and and panicking hitting those buttons. You hear you reloading sound effect and you're will see you clip count increase but you can fire and look around like nothing going happening
yeah i triggered that at 15:40 in this video and you can see it in action lol
Must've been hunters
A better tip for the chargers, instead of wasting a orbital strike, you can dodge him and when his butt is pointing towards you, throw a impact grenade at his butthole. If thrown correctly his butt will explode and he will be on a (i think) 10 sec timer, after that he's dead. So when his butt exploded, just dodge for a few sec and he's dead. With 4 grenades you can take out 4 chargers if done correctly
Nice video, good tips man.
Is it just me or does the music sound like battleclash music from the snes around 12:00 in?
ua-cam.com/video/0hMxln-E3sM/v-deo.htmlsi=rybBAWEP5-mGtzb_
It is the garam fight from battleclash yeah lol
I still have my copy of this game on cartridge and I love it lol
@@Nasdorachi yeah I loved both of the battleclash games when I was a kid. Both are classics. I have both cartridges as well
A master diver, like myself, simply dodges the drop pod, with precise timing, whenever it's beacon sticks to them
Wait. Blue stratagems do track? So I can stick the to chargers?
yeah they do. i think it doesnt get sticky till it's flown a certain distance and or encountered a material it doesn't bounce off by default. idk it's kindof wonky, but they do stick a lot of times and will track to the beam unlike red call-ins.
Chargers can be led to run into bile titan legs and ultimately kill them.
Ah yes a fellow Jolly Roger enjoyer
