Is the pike epic gear better than the normal? Ive been hearing alot of mixed reviews, most recent person i asked said you lose too much dmg

Has better base stats, but if your carnifex has more leadership I'd use that over purple set all day. Purple set requires some prep with the extra stack of dmg per auto. You can end up doing more than carnifex but it takes time to learn it and its also not consistent.
