If you're going to Hawaii from the mainland USA, do not go to cheesecake factory or denny's or anyplace you can go to at home, find a local place instead and eat Hawaiian food.
But…that Oreo cheesecake is fire 🔥 haha

I was looking to see if I was captured in your video. I was there during that time and left on the 6th of September. Such a beautiful place and I can't wait to go back, yes I'm also thinking of going there to live. Love your videos. we did Mermaid Cave, diamond head and Pearl Harbor among other things.

Yes, you made laugh when you turned around here to look back towards Waikiki Beach area down there to the Sheraton Hotel. And the Royal Hawaiian Hotel is next door to the Sheraton. I love the Sheraton to stay there. Again, thank you for your walk in paradise there.

@yes to hawaii can you do a walking tour of Maui? Its be a full month, I would like to know any real time updates. Love the videos
Unfortunately, I'll have to pause on Maui for now. When I visited, I usually stayed with friends who lived in the Lahaina area. Hotel rates for Maui are a bit pricey at around $500/night. Possibly later on in the year or next year when the hotel rates drop lower!
I just arrived in 9/3/23 and because of you I did the submarine tour today and had a blast. I just walk this strip to get to 7-11. I even went to Walmart and L&L Hawaii BBQ 😋

Will do! It's pretty much the same year round - between 75-85 degrees. Will note it for the specific time of filming!
October is a bit rainier for sure but not that bad!

Love your videos and because of you I have booked 2 activities through the Hawaii activities website :) my husband and I are planning on being in Oahu in the beginning of October. We’re staying at the Hilton Grand Hokulani Waikiki hotel. Have you ever been in there?

I did hanauma Bay Snorkeling and the kualoa ranch ATV ride. It’s our first time here and it’s for our honeymoon so we’re super excited

I’m two weeks away from my first visit, on pins and needles. Two questions, 1. Are the crowds appreciably smaller now that the summer travel season is over? 2. Are there places to watch NLF games live on Sundays since the games start at 6 am local time?

Do you recommend renting scooters? I’ve been to Oahu many times and going back in October. Not getting a rental to try and walk most places but was curious about the mopeds.

Depends on where you’re looking to go. Mopeds are fun for the downtown area & Waikiki. But not for super far drives just because you’d have to get on the highway (and can’t with mopeds). Plus most rentals limit the speed so you can’t go as quick as a normal non-rental moped.

Can you walk from the long ramp at the side of the Hilton lagoon to the modern honolulu is it connected iam not sure by looking at Google . Thankyou.
Yep! You can. There’s an opening midway through the fence at the Hilton by the lagoon

Sadly, the locals have been squeezed out and many moved to Az and Nv in order to survive.
Hawaii can definitely be expensive.
