I have also noticed that alot of pdts advertised on youtube are not gd. These days i only buy pdts recommended by people i know very well. For instance my friends recommended “the ordinary” brand facial pdts and “Garden of wisdom” US based facial pdts. pdts from both of these brands are found to be very effective.
