Filmed at the Chinese Playground on Sacramento Street, this film clip also takes you to Grant Avenue and the old Chinese Telephone Exchange on Washington Street. West Coast of North America was built by East Asian immigrants called "Coolies" employed by an often decadent White aristocracy so on vacation when I visited Oakland California I remember seeing an East Asian with a kid's wagon collecting scrap metal off railroad tracks.
During a vacation in Alberta I stayed at a place having East Asian chamber maids.
