Worked for me. Thank you. My device wouldn't let me in with my PIN that I KNOW is my PIN so I needed to factory reset, but got No Command. Luckily some combination of power and volume got me to the reset option. Thank you very much.

I have a Leagoo M9. My device won't start, gets stuck at starting screen. I'm trying to factory reset it and, as explained in this video, I pressed all the buttons with all the different ways after the "No command" screen appears. My Nexus 4 did this. I restarted the bootloader, then went back in & still had the error. I decided to try starting again (it had crashed hard and got bootlooped, so I was trying to clear the cache).. and actually got the Android restarting and loading apps screen. So I assume your hack works on Nexus 4, but it looks like there's another possible work around). QUESTION: Does the error mean I should reflash my recovery? (TWRP)

Hey bro, once you get to that no command screen what you want to do is press the various buttons in sequence. For instance, for my phone pressing VOL+ and Power at the same time did not work but pressing VOL+ Then Power did the trick.
