Thanks dear, actually they are my Mother's gift, unke baal bhi bahut acche the,but I can suggest me weekly oil overnight lagti hu aur chemicals minimum use karne ki koshish karti hu aur diet me simple protein (daal,chane,lobhiya)and vegetables maximum use karti hu..
