I am planning to come in July with bcom in business analytics. I have certain questions. Is ict business analytics the same as business analytics ? Can I get a job as a business analyst with bachelors in it or would I need to do a masters to get a job ? Also i am from a commerce background so will it be tough ? I mean do i need any knowledge in coding or how much computer knowledge do i need ? What's the pre-requisite of the job and course ? And what's better ? Business information system or business analytics?

I landed in Adelaide on 2nd of March. Whatever arzoo is telling is nothing but TRUTH. Students are struggling even for odd jobs. Please think before making any decision. I got a job but only I know that how I got that and how much I am struggling right now.
If you are coming here...Don't hope for the best..just prepare for the worst...

I am on 482 visa and working in Melbourne since Jan 2023 , my wife landed on 13 March and got a job in one week .she is working as an accountant .

Accountant is a skilled job. I think if you have some good experience and skill it helps. But if you are ug or pg student without work experience you will look for jobs like McDonald's which is full i guess

Everything's true but what I think is that the situation will somewhat get better after a stop on unlimited work hours scenerio. And after July intake incoming of students will gradually decrease bcoz most of these students were struck due to lockdown

Saw your video in my feeds. Job market is completely changed if you compare 6-7 months back. There are so many companies doing layoffs and these people are part of job search and because they already have so much exp here already then those people getting job first. I work in IT and got laid off in feb It took me 2 months to get the similar job with 15 yrs exp. I don’t have any visa and hours restrictions. Usually it was not that tough. I know several IT contractors. They also say people started looking at pre covid daily rates. So market is tough thats right info.
i landed perth in march and i got accommodation in store room their and didnt got job as well for in one month and moved to gold coast and changed the college but struggling with high rent and plus no job

I got offer letter from UniSa (Adelaide) annual fees - 30,000$
AND
University of Newcastle (2hrs drive from Sydney) annual fees - 24,500$

I am in Adelaide since Feb, trust me. EVERY SINGLE THING IS TRUE. Jobs are really less, my friends arent able to find a house. Most of them still dont have any jobs when they are available 6 days a week. I am not demotivating you guys but honestly do not come to Australia.
