Omg In the bleak mid winter always makes me so emotional 😭 I saw their Christmas concert in December is this is still my reaction everyday 😲😳 they are incredible!!!!!
For sure they always put on a amazing show that is the 7th time I’ve seen them live, the 1st time I seen them was when I was introduced to their music I was running spotlight for their show and I was instantly hooked
It’s my favorite as well. I remember I met them in 2020 over Zoom for their tour during their live-streamed concert in Nashville and I told them that it was this song that got me into listening to them and getting closer to God more and more and they told me that they didn’t originally have it in their set but they were going to put it in their set and find a way to do so. I thought it was just for that one day but I had no idea that it would be in their set from here on out!!! It was an amazing moment that I will never forget! This was my grandma’s favorite song from them and it’s my comfort song right now ever since she passed away in August of this year and to honor her and to ring in this Christmas season I want to do a cover of Shoulders recreating this amazing version of it.

It’ll be a special one as it’ll be a two part cover, a cover that makes this version as the introduction of the recreation of the original version of it and it would be as faithful as I can get it to this version and use it to glorify the Lord in every way possible! I’m definitely working hard on it to make it sound as amazing as I can make it to show how amazing the Lord is and how grateful I am to Him giving us another chance at living for Him every day! I hope you find it does it justice when I send it :)

Honestly I don’t remember because they moved our seats because my mom couldn’t get around the good so they put us in a different spot so she wouldn’t have to climb so many stairs. But y’all enjoy. I’m buying tickets for Tulsa show tomorrow.

I saw them twice one in 2022 in Dallas Texas and one in cedar park texas in 2021 . I think I'm going in Belton Texas in April if this year ( 2023)
