This is a regional language from the largest province of Pakistan, Punjab, and is called Punjabi, where pun is literally as in English pun. So put together it means, "Do let our talks be of love." It's like out of the mouth of babes, telling the world to not fight, argue and spread hate and instead use the language of love to communicate amongst each other, a message today's world needs to hear asap.
