For anyone watching this in the UK and thinking the film is familiar but the title is not, this was callled 'Dark Angel'for its UK release.

Hope to see a lot more Lundgren kills than this. That being the other two that were long gone from Kain's era that I still remember. Masters of the Universe (1987), and Diamond Dogs (2007). If it's on Blu-Ray. Kill #9 for Hues is among the villains dying all time. Al Leong.

Why did the alien dude suck blood or whatever from peoole
He injected them with a drug to make them overdose, then he stuck a huge needle in their forehead to suck out the endorphins (I think) which he put in a vial and clipped on his belt. The second alien was a cop who warned them that the vials where a super drug on his planet and if the first alien wasn't stopped from going back, thousands would come to Earth to farm humans for it.
If I remember correctly he killed some drug dealers took their drugs which he pumps into them..the white stuff in the tubes on his arm then a blade like needle comes out of his arm which he punches into their head taking some fluid which is i think like a drug on his planet..been 25 years since I last see it but think that the gist of it
