Dear Michael and Mom ; Those brass and glass boxes sold in Woolworths for a doller They had brass bells on a burlap rope with chunky stones for a dollar. All from India, always knew they would be collectable 😊 Bet Mom remembers . Great fun on this trip .P.S. The plastic frog was a watering can and came with small indoor plant implements a hoe, rake and shovel . Another dollar goodie for plant lovers.

That mixer's from the '50s. I've got my mom's chrome one from the '60s. The only green ones I know of are from the '70s...unless there are jadeite-colored ones! I'd love that!

I do have a glass item i bought at an antique shop but i don't know if its actually antique or what kind it is. I wish I could send you a picture of it.
