Bakit ang mahal? Wala aking nakikita na presyohan sya ng 20M.. nananaginip ng gising may ari nyan sir archie jeje.. gagastos kapa ng million nyan para mapaganda.. kahit 15M not worth it parin.. baka 12M may maaatract na sa price nya then 3M renovation .15 Million total is much reasonable... 20M ? My goodness, aamagin may ari nyan kaka antay ng buyer .. walang magka interes nyan .. cavite area nga lang 12 m 16m gaganda na ng mga bahay na may swimming pool na....

Not worth it, poorly planned construction, all mickey mouse quality of craftsmanship. that place is only good for raising chickens and pigs 🤣🤣
