Sure I guess, though I don’t really have much good advice to give honestly. The best I can say is do something like this for your levels: make a part that you have fun playing, make the background color and background changes, make decoration that you like if you want, and rinse and repeat.
A little bit too much copy + paste in the ship and you kinda used the same block deco for the whole level ( I understand u don’t have much to work with lol) overall I liked it tho.

sadly this level doesn't make up to today's standards (mainly bc it's a 1.2 styled level) so it won't be rated anytime soon
