    I love the recipe, I would like to try and make this. Please may I ask for a list of spices you use. You mentioned a few, but you also said and few other spices. It would be nice if you could name those ones please. I want my one to taste the same as yours. It looks so yummy!

    My question is , which one should be more when preparing this type of stew. Tomatoes 🍅 or onions 🌰 ? Thanks

      That's a very interesting one, the tomatoes 🍅 should obviously be more than the onion 🌰, haven't said that if you want more onion too you can and it all depends how colourful you want your jollof rice to be and remember onion makes food taste better and nicer.
