    I'm afraid I'm missing something. B_1 = Cov(X,Y)/Var(X). So if Var(x) = 0 the Beta is not defined, right?

      Var(X) is different from Var(xi) where X is a list of xi and xi is a constant, and var(constant) = 0. Both X and xi are non-random if they’re observations, not measure, which is the point of this video.
