Need to fix the miss you have in the diesel engine..she's not running on all 6
iv been trying to track that down. its much better after iv run it now for a while, it seems to clear up after it warms up
Hey your a good looking guy, very natural, I really appreciate the time I spend with you. Have a nice time there.
Ive put my house in the city for sale to move to the country. West Virginia has good deals but my wife wont live there. Were in Texas and land is too expensive here. Dont think id like Tennessee but a road trip may be in order
That’s to bad about all that nice barn wood. Some people would pay good money for that.
When starting the diesel run it on compression with the throttle in the shutoff position, it can't build up heat in the cylinders with fuel spraying in there. After it has turned over several minutes on compression then open the throttle, it should start a lot better.
Good info, thank you
@@RomeKG471 yes i do, they have a facebook page as well, iv gotten alot of help from those pages
The oldies are classic love them.
agreed!
I just picked up a new old classic, video will be out soon
That brings back some precious memories.....
Watching a bulldozer doing it's job is fun to see!!
Got at least one cylinder out needs injectors and pumps serviced
Yea iv been trying to get it fixed. No luck
Yup Guarda on the track tensioner springs guards over the outer bearings by the sprockets also guards that go side skirts of the engine and the floorboards under the breather...I know cause my dad had 3 of these old dozers 2 8u's and a 9u..could be a plunger stuck on the injection pump ...could be a injector line plugged and finally a bad injector or clogged nozzle
Good info, I’ll check in to the injection pump a little more
Nice Job Love the old dozer
Thanks
Also a guard on the back under the fuel tank
