for anyone who doesn't know these four girls have been abused by their company and three members have left the group. one of the members nearly died because of how abused she was. they started from nothing exactly one year ago -- they debuted under a small company that no one had heard of. they were considered "nugu" which is what kpop stans say to refer to very unpopular groups. this song blew up, and now nearly 9 months later the group is gone with only the remaining member gettting paid. basically they are disbanded after releasing one of the most famous kpop songs ever. i truly wish the best for those girls and it's truly heartbreaking what is happening to them :(

lots of ppl think this is a love song bc its called cupid but if u pay close attention its a girl who is sing about how she feels cheated by cupid. "i gave a second chance to cupid, but he left me feeling stupid" is basically her saying that she gave love a second chance and it failed her again. she is prepared not to believe in love saying "cupid is so dumb" because of her feelings of resentment towards love as it fails her time and time again. long story short, this is a song about heartbreak, not love.
