The low powered coloured lights are for seeing things nearby without ruining your night vision. Useful for reloading magazines or checking your rifle at night.
I believe you had done it once by accident inside. But you can triple click to turn both spot and flood on high at the same time. It doesnt use turbo but you get the best of both for a bit. Also i think strobe is 4 clicks.

Sorry mate but I don’t have a light meter and I don’t have a lot of the torches anymore as I gave most of them away at Christmas.
