Auf 95°C durchgewaschene Kochwäsche wird ohne Laugenabkühlung im Serviceprogramm der Profitronic-Steuerung mit maximaler Drehzahl abgeschleudert. Die Elektronik zeigt im Servicebetrieb die Prozeßdaten an. So ist zu sehen, daß das Wasser vor dem Abschleudern noch 90°C warm ist. Im Schleuderserviceprogramm ist die momentane Ist-Drehzahl ablesbar. Hat die Profitronic vielleicht ein Problem damit, wenn sie warm wird? Man sieht, daß das einmal "S" bei Servicebetrieb fehlt. Auch beim Einschalten später sieht man, daß das Wort "Programmablauf" seltsame Striche über den Gs hat. Die alte defekte Bedienelektronik (EDPW160) ist allerdings erst vor ein paar Monaten durch ein Originalersatzteil von Miele ersetzt worden. Beim Einlaufen des kalten Spülwassers in den aufgeheizten Laugenbehälter sind wegen der Temperaturspannungen Knackgeräusche von der Trommel hörbar. Um die Displayanzeigen einigermaßen lesen zu können, solltet Ihr das Video in höchster Auflösung laden. Dauert dann zwar, aber ansonsten ist das Display hier im Video fast unlesbar.

White washing which went through a 95°C main wash cycle is spun directly without prior cooldown. The spin cycle is started with maximum speed of 1200rpm (1150 real) in service mode of the Profitronic control. In service mode it is also possible to display the reading from the NTC-probe in the suds container. Before starting the spin cycle the actual temperature of the wash water in the suds container is 90°C as displayed by the Profitronic. In service mode no. 7 spinning is started and the actual rpm can be read on the display. The Profitronic control might have a problem with the ambient temperature in the machine housing. In some cases strange characters appear on the display. Once the S from Service is missing. This is although the old faulty Profitronic was replaced by an original spare part (EDPW160) from Miele just a few months ago. When the fresh water runs into the heated suds container in the first rinse cycle a cracking sound can be heard. It orgins from temperature stress relief of the drum construction. To read the display messages fairly clear you should load the video in max solution.

hey also das mit dem schutzschalter hat auch unsere Electrolux Wascator WE70 [65] ist gut so weil so große maschinen am boden verschraubt werden. Sonst tanzen sie durch die waschküche. und problem ist das die gefahr das die trommel alles kaputt schlägt sehr groß.. wegen des knacken mach dir keine sorgen :) ist ne gewerbewaschmaschine und bei den temperaturen ist es völlig normal das sie sich kurz komisch anhört :) haben wir auch bei der electrolux :)

Hallo, lang haben wir schon nicht mehr getikkert!
Wenn der Laugenbehälter richtig das Hüpfen anfängt, ist extra ein Unwuchtschalter vorhanden, der die Maschine sofort stillsetzt. Der Schalter löst das Schütz aus, daß den Frequenzumrichter mit Spannung versorgt. also ist die Gefahr, daß ernsthaft etwas passiert nahezu gleich Null.

Viel mehr Respekt habe ich davor, daß die Trommel die mechanischen Kräfte beim Schleudern aufnimmt. Wenn die sich bei 1150 1/min und voller Beladung mal so auflösen sollte wie die Candy Trommeln, dann kommt das sicher einer Explosion gleich.
