Hey Daffy, another great hotel review. This is exactly the type of video review travelers need. Also, you should add your recs on Plannin. Congrats on a job well done.
Just got back from a week's stay at the Edison hotel. Great hotel very clean good security. Food was good but the only down side was the noise of a night time from the street. People screaming shouting car horns constantly beeping sirens going off at one point i thought a boat was coming into harbour and road works all through the night. But apart from that it was a great hotel😂 right in the middle of time square everything in walking distance. we really enjoyed our stay. 😊
My reservation was for a "Signature Queen" room, but they upgraded me to a King because the Queen wasn't ready at my check-in time. Hope you have a great time!
No fridge in that room, but the Hotel Edison will add a fridge to your room for a “one time $30 fee.” I’m guessing that covers your entire stay, but I would email them at edisonguestrelations@triumphhotels.com for details or to make that request prior to your visit.
Was that red exhaust fan pipeline thing outside yet near your window particularly loud at night? I am already aware of the general NY noise in the middle of the night.
If that vent was making significant noise I didn't notice it. I lived in Chicago for a couple of years, so I typically don't have any trouble sleeping through standard traffic/street/mechanical noise. Whatever sound it might have made would have registered as white noise to me. I slept well all three nights of my stay at The Edison, something I cannot say about my recent stay at 45 Times Square.
Hey Daffy!!! Just booked a stay at this hotel for this fall! Wanted a Times Square hotel and this video sold me! Hope you’re well! You need an Instagram 👀
Hi Annie! Thanks so much for dropping by to say hello! I hope you enjoy your stay at the Edison. I found that it definitely fulfilled my expectations and provided what I needed. If for no other reason, I might finally join instagram so I can easily get an account on Threads.

Are we able to ball drop from this hotel ?
It’s a very short walk from the hotel to where they drop the ball on New Year’s Eve. I’m unsure of any other details involved.
Beautiful hotel. Visit 2007 - 5 day.
