ABOUT SUPERSTORE
America Ferrera and Ben Feldman star in the hilarious workplace comedy "Superstore," about a unique family of employees at a supersized megastore. "Superstore" centers around Amy (Ferrera), who recently was promoted to be the store manager and is the glue holding the place together, and Jonah (Feldman), a dreamer determined to prove work doesn't have to be boring. Their fellow associates include the sardonic Garrett (Colton Dunn), the sweet and clueless Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom), and the perpetually dismissed Sandra (Kaliko Kauahi). Also on the team are Glenn (Mark McKinney), who stepped down as manager in an attempt to have more family time, and Dina (Lauren Ash), the aggressive assistant manager who enforces Cloud 9 policy with an iron fist. Mateo (Nico Santos) was also part of the team, most recently as the self-promoted floor supervisor, until being detained due to his undocumented status. @@DoodleDoo2 The entire show was intentionally kept secular. The only religious thing about the show was a love for the universe, which they would have wanted to call "creation", and this all makes the "you are loved just the way you are" sound a little bit different when you realize the end would have been "a child of god." But overall, this is a secular win for one religious man, I don't know who to give the point to.

It would've been funny to see Glenn switch to islam all because the tornado stopped immediately after praying to allah.
(I know that "allah" is just the Arabic word for "god," and Arab christians call him allah, but it's not like Glenn's character would've known that.)

I don't think Glenn is. Is he stupid? Is he a bad boss? Is he inappropriate? Yes to all of that. But I don't think he is genuinely a bad guy. He cares for people and does his best to help out, but he lacks a lot of social skills and can be petty sometimes
