Hi could anyone please advise on the difference between the main island and the dream island in terms of accomodation and facilities, dining options and whether the AI is worth it or would a full board package give one more options? Which is the best beach villa category and overwater villa location. I believe that the currents a strong in quite a few areas, so which is the calmer parts. we would like to snorkel close to our accomodation as possible.
hi Zaza, the main difference is that the "dream island" facilities are newer than those at main island. We were at sunset beach villa with private pool on main island - these villas are little bit bigger than villas with private pool on deam island. The difference is that the main room is splitted by sliding door behind which is 2 sofas and TV located - so if you have kids you can slide the doors and you have some privacy. We were looking into this type of villas on dream island but I didn't see such sliding door - but I can't guarantee that all are same. The pool there looked also just a little bit smaller. Anyways at a time we were there on dream island was served just some snack not main meals but the staff said it will be opened soon - there was a large restaurant and coffee bar etc. so I would not worry about that. Also another thing is that even the beach on dream island is big and the pool is OK - the time we were there not all overwatter villas were completed nor occupied to there were too few people and it was a real paradise. I'm not sure how it looks like when 50% or more percent is occupied but I'm sure there will be more people all around. I have another video with over water villas on main island - the sea there is like in lagoon and to be honest It was not so nice in real as on photos - the water almost does not move. Around the over water villas was just calm water with few corals and sea life but all people who likes the sea life should go near the reef. Good access is from the Diving school which is close to the reef >> goo.gl/maps/Y59S2a5maP18mqEo9 i hope i helped you a bit :)
would recommend staying at dream island water villas over the older water villas? i have an option between prestige jacuzzi water villa and grand water villa with pool.
i would definitelly prefer the Dream Island - all those are new, the older water villas seemed outdated and the beach near by is not that great - shallow standing water. I'm not sure but there are also Over water villas with pool - that would be definitely the best option i guess :) i don't think you would enjoy hot jacuzzi in 30+ degree weather :)
@@prateeksa thanks :) i wish you a great vacation :) the dream island was amazing - maybe the small issue is that because of sand and waves the water is not that crisp but if you like snorkeling there are options within the resort ;)
Great video, I assume you can just wander over to the new island and use the facilities on there? We're due to head out in November! Also, is there any truth to them charging for bottled water even if your all in? Thanks in advance.
hi Lewis, yes you can walk to a new part of the resort and use all services there. However when we've been there in end of June even they said there is option to eat they were not serving the lunch there. But the pool bar was working and the AI package was working the same as at the rest of the resort. We were never charged for bottled water or drinks included in AI. For example we were taking few bottles of water every evening when we went from dinner. Btw. the water serving in villa is in glass refillable bottles - not plastic ones.
Hello Adam, can you tell me your opinion about this resort? I book a beach pool villa with a all inclusive package.. i would like to know your experience ir was good. Thank you
hello Luis, here is a full review of the hotel i wrote on tripadvisor >> bit.ly/2Khu1IZ I made another movie - island walk with almost all the accommodations here >> ua-cam.com/video/CIbmBWKvE_8/v-deo.html If you booked Beach pool villa in the new part of resort (Dream island) it looks good, there is the most amazing beach at the resort - still not fully completed (means not fully occupied == not overcrowded). However in July all tourists from this part of resort had to go to dinner to main island - which is quite far by foot - they have just few cars so you will probably wait for it. Anyway the services is not 4* compared to other 4* resorts we have experience with. I would say there are not major issues just many small irritating things which lowered our experience - but maybe you are not so detail oriented or have lower expectations (with all the respect). Let me know if you have any specific questions, i'll be happy to help.
I stayed on dream island .. very relaxing , but I did go back to the other side quite a lot ..
Wow loved the video ❤️
I might book Grand Water Villa with Pool ❤️

How much cost Mr.
you need to check their website or a travel agent :)
这个岛比以前加修了太多的房间,性价比不高了
