My husband died recently, and he was unresponsive,but I know he could still hear. I played this song,and told him you can't walk without taking his hand. I want you to take his hand and go, I will be ok. His heart rate dropped from 80 down to 32 and within minutes he was gone. I have no doubt that he took the lord's hand. This song is beautiful, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

Back in the early to mid 90s, I had an alarm clock radio that I had tuned to a local radio station, 97.7 WKKR in Opelika AL, and several mornings I was awakened to this song, back when they started each morning with gospel music. I consider this song by this group as one of my most formative songs.

My mama had colon cancer. She turned 89 years old and when my daddy passed on this was the song she clung to. We cannot walk without God! She joined him 6 months later and now they both walk with the Lord forever healed and healthy. I miss them so but will join them one day.
well it is 2016 in a new year in front of us but as always listening to Charles this evening I'm reminded of the anointing that is a upon the lives genuinely love follow the teachings who Jesus Christ I pray that all that listen to Charles Johnson and revivers feels the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost throughout 2016 come Lord Jesus for there is a meeting in the air to go to.

What a song and singer! When I was in Christian broadcasting, I had a caller who called several times a week requesting this song. He told me that it was his song! His life! His testimony! Now I have to use a cane to walk everywhere, and this song always comes to mind as I pick up one of my three!
Back in the late 90’s I pulled into the driveway of the house we were renting while going to school at Liberty University and this song came on radio. The next thing I knew I was praying and praising HIM ! The Lord met with me that night !!! Haven’t forgotten what HE did that night in my heart!!! Praise HIS Name !!!

For me, the sad part is that I absolutely love this group and their music and they’re beautiful voices… And I just discovered them recently accidentally coming upon them on UA-cam. And then when I searched about them, most of them have passed away. I just feel bad. I wish I had known them and their music many many years ago… But I’m still grateful that I hear it now, and discovered them finally ❤
