Chauragarh Pachmarhi.
Temple is situated in the spacious cave. Fresh water drains from wall of the caves. This place is more developed in comparison to other tourist places of pachmarhi and it also have some basic amenities. But the main problem is of Monkeys- beware!!! In the journey, you are gonna get breathtaking landscapes and peaceful atmosphere.
I personally suggesting you that do not visit this place in
summer because of its high attitude.
Best time to visit is in September, October, November.
We had started trek around 12:00 pm and got back from it at 5:00 pm.
The journey gets more interesting by some stall of soft drink, nimbu pani and local fruit. The star fruit is the local's speciality,which was very delicious.
Great place for all traveling and trekking lovers. Need atleast 5-6 hours for throughly enjoying the experience.
And with my own experience , I must say , those5-6 hours were worth living.
The scenic beauty from the top was out of this world . The temple is very divine and beautifully surrounded by lush green mountains all around it.
Extremely exhausting & equally rewarding.
I would love to visit this mesmerizing place again.

Elevation:- 3501 feet
Precautions :-
1) carry extra water bottles 2) avoid trek if you have knee problem
3) wear loose clothes
4) wear sports shoes
5) have some enthusiasm for visiting this awesome destination
