Fun fact about this tornado. A business called Sound of Music had a lot of damage and they had a Tornado sale with what they called Best Buy. The sale was a HUGE success and as a result of the storm a new business was formed.
I was at Sears in Rosedale Mall when this tornado hit, mall staff raced everyone to the inner hallways, it was terrifying. Afterwards, it took over 3 hrs to drive home to Woodbury, with all the debris everywhere. I was 11 yrs old, and still start to shake when there’s bad weather.
