Mate i want to write about "Gloves", you were appreciating he wearing gloves when working on the tava. I am from hospitality industry and i completely disagree with this. There is a reason for not wearing gloves when you are cooking. While cooking, if he will accidently burn his hand, due to the gloves he is wearing, his burn can get so severe. This is why in any big restaurant chef will never use gloves while working with flames. Gloves is to be used only by kitchen hand whose main role is to do the prep.. Hope it makes sense and spread this if you see someone else like this.

You are spot on mate. I learnt about this many years ago when I was working for the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. Sadly, in general, people consider it unhygienic when they don't see these guys wearing gloves. It's absolutely true... I have never seen the chefs working around fire or grills wearing gloves.

Completely agree. The cook (or chef) looks educated. Just because he is selling on small scale doesn't means you should refer to him as "Chote Chote vendors' while to the person in car, you were flowerings all the nice words.

Acha nahi laga na chota aadmi sunke... my main point is calling them chote chote vendor and like words is not good, everyone has their self respect. If you are raised to be okay with being called chota insaan, then their’s something wrong with your upbringing. Ofc given you understand what ‘chota’ word means. The word itself is chota but the meaning is very deep and somewhat humiliating. Stay humble.
