Is there anyone asking for RT-PCR report. I am going to travel from Mumbai to howrah in August At 3 Ac tier and are they offering food.

At that time no RT PRC was required to travel. And now also no RT PRC will be asked I guess since no news has came out for that.
And regarding food, on board catering is not available in AC coaches, you can order food through e-catering if available for your train.
