I m a dentist, and its not money making, it takes a lot to open one successful dental clinic and all the amount is worth when patient's pain is gone.. Please spread awareness. If you get good facilities, it's okay to pay..
We love all dentists Just some people in general they over charge We got to know from locals in siliguri that they were charging 3x-5x the normal price. Paying premium for good healthcare is never a problem but paying extra just for the sake of it is not okay. I dont want to share specifics because dont want to harm anyones practice but if everyone is saying 10k for a job and suddenly someone says 20k for the same procedure with same level of doctor year experience, i would call it money making only.

What a coincidence kamakshi I am going through same condition but my case is little critical dentist are trying to save the tooth otherwise I have to go for tooth extraction process....get well soon beta....love u guys stay blessed ❤

Dental science kaafi complex hoti hai that's why specialist charge high fees , nerves are directly attached to CNS nervous and cardiovascular system and many vital organs such as liver , kidney ,etc by 3 major nerves maxillary , mandibular , trigeminal . And inhe hi damage nahi hona chahiye they can lead to serious situations and even i think so 20000 just for root canal is high but if they are providing such treatment then it's fair but if they are not fulfilling it then there is no point to consider him usually root canal should be max 10-15 k (even specialists) and tooth cap is expensive usually starts from 20k enjoy 😊 get well soon
Cap costs max 3-4k if you do it directly from lab you can get it in 1-2k atleast in mumbai, for root canal here the max they will charge is 10k including cap by specialist.i myself have done 2 root canals. 2 more pending to do.

When you were giving her update of Sikkim incident, i could feel her pain. Dear Kamakshi, have a speedy recovery👍 few moments gave me nostalgia; that mummy Ji's friend's son having physiotherapy (i had my accident few long years back have plates and screws in my right knee) had 2 years of physiotherapy it's still painful in winters and cloudy weather 😟 kadhi pakoda, paratha, chowmin, momos watermelon juice 😋🤤 Haha 😂😆 that last one Kamakshi bringing coffee like in old style jab ladkewale dekhne aane wale ho to tray leke baby steps me ladki aati hai 😂😆 enjoyed 👌👌👌👌
