I have used my JS80 to run my elcheapo Kings 32L fridge, it worked well for about 4-5 hours. I then had the same issue you had, where as soon as the poŵer went off, the fridge immediately began to warm up. So, that's not much chop for overnight as your milk would be off before breakfast.
Are the cells Lithium Ion? Or Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)? The latter are intrinsically safe. Virtually no chance of fires when something goes wrong. What can go wrong? Earlier this year the Li-Ion battery in my laptop suddenly started to swell up and was on the edge of bursting out in flames. In the outback, this is now what you want. LiFePO does not have this problem.
Battery capacities (energy contents) are expressed in Watt-Hours. Power demands are expressed in Watts. The time a device can run on a battery are the capacity (Wh, energy) divided by the demands (W). Take care to be clear about this. WattHours and Watts must be distinguished between.
There is a cable which comes with the JS80 which provides a 12VDC (cigarette lighter type) female plug. The Engel fridge included 12VDC cable (cigarette lighter type) male plug can then be used. Does that answer your question?
Yes that's true. The JS80 capacity is limited because of its size. Good as an backup power for the fridge in addition to its main purpose of jump starting your car.

True, well at least the JS80 is an emergency back up for a few hours. Thanks for watching and commenting.

The JS80 jump starter is a Lithium Ion battery. The 1300W power station is a LiFeP04 battery. Thanks for sharing your knowledge of Lithium batteries.

Any link for this cable? 12v to dc male. Hard to find...

I have this device, it won't run a fridge for very long 😂
