Hakeem for example he didnt really have a legit side kick superstar in the first championship and they struggled in game 7 against the Knicks even though he was killing Patrick Ewing and handling his duties as the big man and leader. Cavs after they won didnt make any improvements last year while the Warriors got Kevin frickin Durant. In order to have a dynasty u need to constantly improve to make it much easier especially with how sub par the Cavs coach is.

But the fact remains that other than improving his passing skills a little, from Shaq's rookie year to the "peak" of his career there isn't a single area of his game where he actually improved in skill. Instead, he became lazier and lazier on defense and rebounding over the course of his career.
