A great space for a teen guy! I use swing arm lamps here at home and in our Airbnb. If furniture doesn’t hide the cords and wiring them is not feasible, we use conduit which is paintable to hide them.

If at all possible, I like the bed not the first item you see when you walk into the bedroom or at least have the foot of the bed the first thing you see. I think it's a privacy thing for me. Maybe the bed should be where the desk is 🤔🦋
I like the foot of the bed to point towards the door whenever possible. Sometimes it’s hard to convey the space fully on camera. If he had been on the desk wall he wouldn’t be able to open his bedroom door. I think we are saying we like it the same way!! ❤️❤️
I did not think I would enjoy this video as much as I did considering it was a teenage boy’s room makeover. It turned out so cool, with a resort-like vibe. Maybe we all need a vacation ASAP

I love this! However, I looked up the reviews on the sheets (because I need some new ones), the reviews were terrible...bleeding, color faded bad, or tore. So I'm wondering what's your opinion on this?
I just got them but I washed them and had no color bleeding. I got them in two blues too. They are so soft! But I’m hesitant to give a raving review beyond that because I’m not sure what they will be like long term. Xo

The inspiration for our new home is a Greek villa. I live in the Midwest. 🤣 No it doesn't have some kitschy beachy vibe. My inspiration is the *feeling*; white, light, relaxed, chill, minimal, but totally elevated and chic. We've been in here for 5 months and I go back to those incredible ethereal pictures to keep me on track when buying pieces. "Does this have the feel I'm going for?" I LOVE what you did in your sweet boy's room! ❤
