Quasi-experimental impact evaluation: This type of evaluation uses a comparison group that is not randomly assigned, but is carefully selected to be similar to the intervention group in terms of key characteristics. Quasi-experimental evaluations are often used when randomization is not feasible or ethical.
3. Non-experimental impact evaluation: This type of evaluation uses statistical methods to compare outcomes before and after the intervention, and to control for other factors that could affect the outcomes.
