We can simplify it
(a)³ = (3q+1)³
a³ = 27q³ + 1
a³ = 9(3q³) +1
a³= 9m+1

Like -
R=1
a=3q+1

a³= 27q³+1

R=2
a=3q+2
a³=(3q+2)³
a³=27q³+8
a³=9(3q³)+8
a³=9m+8

Because if we take 9 then the value of r will be 0, 1, 2 ,3 ,4, 5 ,6, 7 ,8 an d then we have to do many calculations
So to take it easy we can take the value of b as 3 and then the value of r will be only 0 ,1 and 2
So we will have a pretty less calculation in comparison to the value b=9 .
