hey was it the hardware version B2 file you downloaded or the B1 version...if in B2 router you downloaded B1 file then it might get tthat problem....are you sure you downloaded the right version

For all those having problems and want to rollback to the previous version, try hard resetting your modem.
1. Locate a small hole or a reset button on the device
2. Keep the device powered On and use a metal pin to press the reset button for around 10-25 seconds
3. Notice the change in the LED indications
4. Device will reboot and the LEDs will get stable again
5. Once the LEDs are stable again, access the device with default configuration

1) messup by upgrading firmware then login at 192.168.1.1 user-admin
password-admin
2) go to setup-->wan-->
scroll down to bottom
3) Wan interferences Table click select
4) in ppp settings enter your id provided by bsnl and password
5)scroll up a little again select default route as auto
6) scroll down click modify & wait
