'Factory Data Reset' deletes all your Apps just to reset password? Anyway can 'Backup Data' store to the SDcard if you have one installed or only to the tiny 8Gb internal storage? My guess "NO" as the SDcard seems totally useless for this phone as Apps (for example) only seem to be loaded into the 8Gb area. I had to delete Apps to gain "storage" for a simple upgrade which is annoying when there is 64Gb available on SDcard.
