If you set a zone that is larger (outside your ship) than your ship, when you buy something it could end up in space outside your ship if there is a place for it to sit.
@@MontePlaysGames Same for me, I learned a lot from the comments on quill18's and your videos. There's a lot to learn and the game doesn't hold your hand at all. If you simply follow the tutorial you're even scavenging without a license. I can understand why many players are frustrated, I had my guy walk out of my air vent only wearing boxers more than once
Getting two of the Halfordson battery charger and two spare batteries will become essential as soon as you start repairing and expanding your tug. Better even, get two Halfordson chargers, two spare batteries and an additional welder. The Gott devices will last you ages before you need to swap out the battery in comparison, you'll only need one charger and spare for that brand. Once you can afford it (or if you are lucky, you can find and repair one) get the Webber Laser Arc Welder with charger and spares. You can drop most other tools once you got that. But that thing and its batteries are expensive like heck.
Still on the hunt for a Webber Laser as I am guessing if I do break down and buy one it will be on the next ship I salvage...lol. Good to know on the Got charge as I was noticing it was not going out like the others. Just got lucky with an extra welder. Looking forward to expansion and will grab an EVA suit with the spare reactor profits. Thanks so much for all the comments.
i Stole a bunch from the station. Love all the racks i now have for multiplying my cargo storage. Old emporium even has a bunch of 4 slot racks. Just don't get caught because if you're spotted they will report you to station security and a warrant will be issued against you
@@MontePlaysGames yeah basically what will happen is if your seen hacking a restricted door, uninstalling a piece of tech, walking in a restricted zone (beyond locked doors) or accessing a container in a restricted zone: then you will see a message come up saying "-name- takes their PDA while looking at -your name-" and the next security officer that sees you will try to arrest you. FYI you can carry stolen goods in front on anyone no problem. It seems that once it's uninstalled it's no longer recognized as part of the station. Be careful tho you don't want to cripple your main port of call after all.

You can also right click on the pressure suit in your inventory and option allows you to view its inventory

The mouse over show the rooms gas, not items. You Left Click stuff to get details on items and what is in canisters.
