A 95+ impact position non-QB and a star or better QB with a rating in the 80's is probably what he was expecting as a fair offer. In his defense, having a god tier qb doesn't mean as much this year as years past and he doesn't have a receiver capable of dominating downfield.

All you have to do is go edit their appearance aka make them look dope then they will register the side pic if you don't they will all wear Like #22 or something that's why all their jersey numbers are showing "0" too. You don't have to change faces or anything. Just edit their gear.
