Most heroes are from earth by default & it’s only natural for them to care about where they live but alien heroes like goku & superman don’t even have the option to look after their homeland since it’s destroyed. Outside of those 2 I mainly like other heroes for their powers, moral compasses or personality but for Superman & goku I simply like them for taking responsibility for anywhere there’s an issue.

Not only did Thanos get unscratched after that, but also defeated Drax without too much problem. Not to mention the numerous times when he has humilliated the Silver Surfer, who can destroy a Solar System like Cell and withstand explosions of whole galaxies. Also not to forget the time where he held his own and refused to give up against Bloodlusted Odin, the All-Father is High Multiversal in the comics, or that other time where he held his own against Angry Galactus. Who's even more powerful then Odin. Thanos is Multiversal without gems, since he has been able to fight and harm Multiversal beings.
