@@Potatotalkies Hey, Is it worth it to get the basement finished from the builder or later from the contractor and is it cheaper from the builder and did you guys have any leakage issues or something like that because everybody says it's good to get the basement finished later after one year and we just bought a preconstruction house but still not sure about the basement that should we get it finished or do it later?

So this is the first house we bought, back in 2020 when we bought this pre construction. By law it’s offcourse not our first house since it depends on when you close. But emotionally it’s our first house
Take a home on 90% Debt. Fool ppl into believing ur successful when in fact ur nothing more than just in a debt trap. Get into a recession. Go bankrupt. That is v likely ur future
