They had bought up lots of land north of Gunter up towards Dorchester and past that. Sherman airport is close by for the private jet traffic and air freight. Some Austin College business students did some research on that in the mid 90s. I mean a lot of land was purchased. It is a for a Disney Park in the middle of the country close to DFW and OKC.
