I hope they get the avenger's lawyer team like they were going to with the k murder trial if they do, but currently, they are all trying to get a plea deal.

Lets be real its a recurring theme of judges that don't read and just sign off. I remember a judge saying "it wasn't her job to make sure the warrant is good that is the PD's job" or something along those lines
And then the pd says its the prosecutors office's job. AND THEN THE PROSECUTORS OFFICE SAYS ITS THE JUDGES JOB! AND THEN THE JUDGE SAYS- and it continues :)

What's funny is I'm p sure actual cases have been thrown out because of clerical errors like that, as in stuff that's otherwise waterproof with guilty party looking at years in jail over charged type cases.

Warrants get thrown out over clerical errors, slacks... you have to make sure you properly fill out the paperwork for a warrant to be valid

The raid was done because gallery was causing sever issues (ooc reason) and they are clearly joking/playing it up that the ooc reason they were raided was just because of kebun. Many, Many of the LEO's have acted in a Corrupt way, negligent way, dangerous way, without regard for the law, put citizens in danger, followed unlawful orders, issued unlawful orders, shot innocent civilians, ignored server rules, beat the crap out of an innocent civilian, accidentally said something racist or offensive or disrespected members of the public. And then there is the a few that only did one or two of those things
I have spent about 2 hours compiling all these from Video's available on YT. And writing what happened here. Some of these are thrown into the Unified PD since their officers could not be ID'ed in the video
General Corruption scandal's :
Administration / Moderation, Heavily cop biased, failure to follow the commands of the server owner to a point where koil barely plays his own server. Not being clear / open with people who had been moderated and many members admitted to having open biases.
The Senate, when the Senate was insulted by then sheriff Kyle Pred refusing to release all law enforcement powers to an appointed Commissioner (Who was supposed to be charged with the money of the Agencies and representing their budget needs to the mayor), the Senate ordered Sheriff Pred to be arrested, Sheriff Kyle Pred was removed from his position and demoted to captain, Punished with 1 week of Department of Corrections duties. They also removed the position of "sheriff" and "undersheriff" leaving only captains. Judge Serge Cross, Found corruption relating to Lisa Adkins and when he mentioned it out loud to a senior PD member, he started to apologies to the officer for finding corruption.
Mayor Mickey S, several back-room deals, Being a willing party to corruption and allowing officers of his "Unified Defense force" (Unified Police Department) to use extremes excessive force claiming "It's not a crime if it is using state equipment." Randomly placing a bounty on a random person, leading to that person (James Randall.) being attacked by random members of the public, also ordering his security to violate laws and put people in danger. Members of the DOJ, the entire DOJ decided that they will start to strike down laws they dislike. for example, the International War Crimes laws and International humanitarian laws were struck down by the State Court. Willing party to corruption in the Police.
Randy Wrangler : Illegally locking down properties with Zero evidence and arresting people without evidence. Also concluding an unlawful raid of UwU cafe after an Overdose outside the door. Using explosives' to open doors and rendering the business unusable until the next server wipe. Also locked down and searched several properties without legal cause on the grounds that ID's were found inside a meth lab. Furthermore he locked down any houses that the ID's belonged to. Including a house decoration business where a person had several of their clients houses locked down by police because her ID was in a meth lab. In wranglers own words "Them just having access to the property is enough to lock it down" much to judge crane's objection and legal advice. His actions even lead to Judge Crane's player telling somebody over the phone and his own chat that "Some times I don't want to wake up in the city (meaning he does not even want to log on.). He also was banned from going onto a gas station's property and he decided to circle around it, stopping and harassing anyone who was stopped.
Officer corruption scandal's : Unified Police department in General, Excessive force, shooting unarmed civilians, disregard for civilian life, shooting without warning, shooting after suspects have surrendered, dangerous driving leading to several uninvolved civilians getting injured, unlawful use of firearm, aiming firearm at random civilians, Dangerous use of firearm by aiming it at others, assault with a deadly weapon by misusing taser against other officers, Provoking Internal affairs and out casting them, punishing IA for issuing punishments they disagree with, general failure to act as a civilian police force, disregard for civilian life during hostage situations. They also gunned down hostages to pop XQC's tires to stop him from fleeing in a sports car. Were medaling with Internal affairs and even flat out removed a member of IA after invitation, leading Officer Crocodile Steve to be hostile to IA and many other members.
Sam Bass, Water dumping a Prisoner after him and another officer fucked up and told their suspect dundee that it was the Judge reported him. Also water boarded a suspect and tortured prisoners in his custody. Brian Knight, Shooting a downed suspect more then 6 times point blank, gun bashing two civilians for disobeying his orders as a LEO. Candice DeFitt, technically not corruption but when she was told she perma killed a person after she shot them in handcuffs, after they allegedly had a bomb, she was laughing and showed concerning emotions as a LEO, Lack of respect for life. Apon being told of the death, she only laughed and said it was "deserved" since the person in question was a terrorist.
Peacekeeper Odessa, Odessa has a horrible history of violating common sense, Called out shots being fired at her when a criminal vehicle was chasing and ramming her (shots were not fired on her until she stopped and exited the vehicle.), the communicated on radio when downed, Told a nearby officer who the suspect was (Dean Quincy.) by verbal IDing them, then called out what weapon they had.
Crocodile Steve, he is most known for Unlawfully confiscated property, lured a civilian to a hidden area (in uniform.) Beat a civilian (in uniform, on duty.), drove away and swallowed the evidence, When questioned Lied to internal affairs officers, Found out the reporting officer who reported him to IA and tried to scare her into retracting the complaint, Then put the value of an illegally taken item over the life of Officers. Not to mention the countless traffic laws and general laws that he has broken when he is recklessly driving for no reason, not responding to a call.
Ranger Conan Clarkson, Attempting to cover false arrest, willful party to corruption, put hits out on other cops and also shot other cops on scene, willful party to murder / attempted murder.
Lisa Adkins, at the time of the incident she was a cadet, but she is now a Senior Deputy, Was caught not running a suspects weapon after she had been in contact with the suspect asking them for money for a cut of her citations, she was issued a warning from what I understand.
Kyle Pred, Treated the sheriffs office as his very own bank account, buying random items and leading the Sheriffs office close to debt. When his unlawful arrest was ordered by 3 senators, he resisted with violence.
Domenic Toretti, making an unlawful arrest under orders by the senate for false charges of "Obstructing courts" against Sheriff Kyle Pred.
Clarence Williams , Ignored hostages demands to back off from them and to give the hostage taker breathing room as he was already surrounded by other officers, leading to an officer being killed and thrown off a giant bridge.
Vespucci PD Detective Percy Weaver, Made 70+ warrants based on the assumption people were over buying marijuana / cannabis without actual proof also signed off on his own warrants as his supervisor.
