The scorpio report is for both scorpio sun AND rising. It is just a different chart for each. For scorpio rising, it will match the story of your natal/transit chart, for scorpio sun, it is a 'solar' chart, which is different than a natal transit but just as relevant as it is an additional layer of your personal astrology experience.

Annie, maybe you can offer a quick clarifier? I have a Gemini stellium including my Sun, Moon, Saturn and Mercury, so it seems the Gemini forecast would be pretty importatn to me, no? HOWEVER, I also have Cancer ASC (plus Venus and Mars) and when I check the transits to MY chart, almost always, they are in the houses that the Cancer forecast talks about. The question to clarify is this: does the Gemini forecast impact me, matter to me, at all in this scenario? Should I just listen to Cancer when I check the exact degree transits? Or is there still some value for me to the Gemini forecast? I've been confused about this for a long time! Thank you!
I know this is a very hard concept to have click. When I was first learning astrology, it took me a while of my teacher explaining it to me before I really understood it. Your natal chart places YOUR ASCENDANT on the ascendant/9:00 spot in the chart (the sign rising in the east when you were born). The rising sign is a viewpoint that we look at the sky from. When we run SOLAR charts, as we do for horoscopes (different than a natal chart), we put the SUN in the ascendant position because we are looking at the sky through the lens of the sun. Both the NATAL and SOLAR CHARTS are accurate and each are true layers of your astrological picture but unless you have the same rising sign as you do sun sign, each chart (solar and natal) places the planets in different houses. So basically unless your rising and your sun are the same sign and close to the same degree, when you watch for your SUN sign, that chart will NOT line up with your NATAL chart because is not your natal chart, it is your SOLAR chart. When we look at a horoscope from the sun sign perspective, the sun is on the ascendant, but that won't match your natal unless your sun and rising are the same. That is why I always suggest watching both your sun sign AND rising sign reports. Only the rising sign report will match up with your natal placements but each are windows that show the astrological picture from your perspective. Imagine a house with two windows on different sides of the house showing a different scene - one a lake and one a highway. Each of those views are pieces of what it is like to be living in that house and one view doesn't make the other untrue, they are LAYERS of truth of what it is like to live in that house, with views out the window that are showing two different scenes. What I've noticed with the Mars and Pluto opposition aspects is their coinciding with the US election cycle, election day early November, January 6th, and the end of Capricorn will be the time of Inauguration.
Here's some hopefully constructive criticism--you're discussing houses, hence discussing rising signs. When you start talking about sun positions, it's not related to the position of the planets in the houses; when you discuss where the sun was on the chart, you lose the audience. We drift off and think about how the actual rising sign planetary placements previously discussed affected our lives. By the time we return to the ever-present now, you're discussing another planetary placement and we have no idea what you're talking about and we have to rewind to find out. But then we rewind to where you are discussing the month the sun was in, which again distracts us from where the planets are in our houses and we're back on the endless loop. Your rapid shifting between rising sign planetary placements in the houses and the sun sign placements, something almost totally disconnected from houses, which is (or should be) the main focus, is the reason I haven't subscribed to your channel.
I am happy to offer some education to help clear up your confusion. The reading for each sign is for ALL placements of that sign, so there is no differentiating, the whole readings is for ALL placements. Sometimes certain degrees/birthdays have a closer mathematical aspect to certain events, which I mention, but ALL members of the sign still have the potential.
