Jitne bhi bade bade company hai na sab candidate ko ek insaan jesa koi value nahi deta hai😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Third class Tech Mahendra😡😡😡😡
Today I have given my interview in mumbai Airoli In first round they ask about your self and why do u want to work in bpo, And in second round they check communication they have given topic to translate English to Hindi. And in 3rd round they chack whether I am comfortable in any shift or not. After 3rd round, they call me tomorrow for 4th round with my documents, the salary will be 12k in hand plus incentive, I am selected for vodafone and idea calling process, the training period will 25 days, per day 100 rps will be add in next month salary, It's was a easy interview nothing difficult.
I got selected but HR said you will get offer letter after training !! Yeh kya bat hui 😑 companies toh selection ke bad he offer letter de deti 😑 or traning period ke liye bhi kuch written docs toh milna chahiye. Ankh bnd krke thora vishwas kr lege company pr 😑

I worked for 3 months in tech mahindra 😢as a Customer Service Associate is worst experience of my life.. no breaks more than 30 mins in reality n on paper however it shows 1 hr.. heart attack feedback sessions.. n dey block access card for washroom... imagine working in diapers..even if u r dying health they will ask u to work😢..n managers will bully u if u take lunch or dinner..never join... tea stall is also better than this.. I left before getting hurt..East india company they treat u like slaves😢

They before yesterday had applied for tech Mahindra UK technical process and next day had got a call from HR and had asked to say something about myself n brief I did ... Then maM said me will b getting a call next day for interview that was a telephonic round where had received call from respected opps manager along with TL and had answered every single question with confidence at last mam said I'm done with myself if TL want anything he can 😁😁 But sir said everything it's cleared also mam appreciate me saying that was nice to talk with me n said HR will call me n MAM did called me n informed me that I've been selected ... I applied for tech mahindra BPO from apna jobs, cleared the 2 rounds easily. They said that 1 month training I will get 300 per day and after that I will work another month and I'll get salary of training along with first month salary but I have a doubt whether they are genuine or not, How to confirm whether they will pay me after I work for 2 months?
I don't trust any of the apps like that so can't suggest on this. You should have applied directly rather than going through such portals. Anyways Best of luck

Tech Mahindra selection of candidates is slow and sonetimes take even one month (happened with me) So i would request u to wait a bit (1 week min)

25000 monthly Never seen in Tech M for Swiggy or Flipkart Process. Even the experienced ones are not getting more than 18k
But they will give you maximum 1.5lakh package
