  • A brand new challenge for kids to improve their body strength!!
    This 15-day exercise plan will get kids moving their whole bodies, working the major and minor muscle groups to improve their strength and endurance. This will help the little ones perform better in sports and in their daily activities. Kids will be challenged to exercise every day, creating a healthy routine to help them become healthier and stronger than ever.
    This is a follow-along exercise routine with some cardio exercises, some multi-articular exercises, making up a good mix of intuitive movements that kids can easily do at home! Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
