One of the most energetic songs that you have to check out is "The Beginning" live at Yokohama stadium. Even though they play this for their encore Taka can easily run around while singing perfectly. His interaction with the crowd is truly incredible. It would be great to see you react to their older songs because they're more hard rock and yet their message is still amazing. In case you didn't know Taka writes and composes most of their songs.
I can never say enough of this band...just phenomenal! Their fans are amazing as well, they really get into the songs and feed off Taka and the boys, and the band feeds off the crowd; the perfect storm!!

Wooww i never thought you would react to Paper Planes😂 there are some fun facts about this song, Taka once said in an interview that he was kind of shy to sing this song because it sounds too pop (maybe rock pride at that time lol).. But I really love this live version of Paper Planes!! it looks sooo much fun, wish i was there😭

i have watched their live performances twice and it's legit. If the live video performances are better than the mv, watching them in flesh is even greater.. i'll be seeing them again this sept.. i can't wait.. superb..!!
i believe they suggested this performance because it really showcases how they handle their live shows in silly and fun ways, sadly cant find any higher quality video of it because it was so long ago and probably was recorded off a DVD from the concert lmao

I know a lot of One Ok Rock fans don't really like "Paper Planes" since it was quite a drastic difference from their usual stuff back then, but I genuinely enjoy it and love the Saitama performance. It's just fun the way they use the song to play with the crowd and enjoy time on stage.

I never really liked Paper Planes because I thought it was too pop although I love almost all of their songs. This live performance changed my mind because it was so hilarious.

This Paper Planes video is actually one of my fave OOR performances because it's just so damned FUN (probably-concussed-puppies notwithstanding, LOL).
I actually learned about OOR from a K-Pop star (Han, from Stray Kids). He mentioned in an interview how much he liked them, so of course I had to investigate. And I instantly fell in love with them. SUCH AN AMAZING BAND. "We Are" and "Take What You Want" still never fail to make me tear up.

I'm not afraid to admit that I avoid the studio version 100% of the time. It's made for a live setting. The only bummer part about this is they don't play Kellin Quinn's verse unless it's with Kellin himself. He features on the album ver, and they have done it together live in the States.
To be honest, this is probably my least favorite One OK Rock song overall, but they still manage to make the live performance of it super fun and enjoyable.
