Without using the throttle, does the pedal assist work immediately or does it need 2-3 pedaling cycles to start assisting (like the other fiido bikes)?
Yes, you need to pedal a few cycles and then the moped power starts to kick in

Hi, I don't have at all after my heavy test. But I do see some D11 bikes have that issue, guess the early version issue, the factory is fixing that.

Hey Sami, do you know where we can find all the fiido controller/computer commands? I discovered on your range tests how to see the full odometer but don't know anything else
Hi Anderson, I'm asking Fiido to see if there are any further commands we need to know. I think its quite simple, long press the power button to turn on/off, long press M to see the ODO, I dont even try other commands lol
Hi Anderson, as I've just asked the engineer from Fiido, the commands are simple.
1 long press the power button to turn on/off,
2 long press M to see the ODO,
3 short press M to change different moped modes.
For others we dont have to know just use the default, bc if we adjust it might cause faulty function :D
@@SamiLuo Hi Sami, I'm wondering, is there a way to Disable the throttle through the computer/controller? It would be useful for countries where you can't use it
@@andersonsanchez8622 Hi you can, actually all you need to do is disconnect the cable that's connected to the throttle, since it's all quick release, so it won't take you a minute, easy peasy :D

If power off, it's just like a normal bike when you are pedaling

Yes, especially if you got from the crowdfunding, the price is the best at that time.
Just be sure to always take the battery with you or it will be easily stolen

Sami, Please send a message to designer. Fiido is cool design but there are some important parts is missing from the bike . 1.the battery does not have a lock. Easy to steal. Second we always need mudguards. Third there is no blocking system or adjustable protection on the bottom, the battery may lower unknowingly if the locking system fails. I want to buy Fiido but those problems I turn to Himo Z20

hey I just received the D12 model and i only have pedal assist mode. the throttle only speed I get is max 6km/h what am I doing wrong?
Impressive. Speeding up takes most of the power. Riding on a circuit would take you for 60 km, a lightweight person for 100.

I plan to buy this bike next week. My only concern as of now is the seat post height. I'm 5'2 and I think the saddle is too high for me.
Should I go for it or consider buying D4s? Thanks!
if you want the ugly version of the same bike go for the D4s
Edit: the d11 also has a slightly bigger battery at 11.6 ah vs the D4s 10.4 ah but other than that there is not a lot of difference, except for the battery mounting spot.
Super Sami, excellent video on moped mode. I think without your bags you would certainly have done the 50 km! Is the cable which is connected to the battery already detached? The sun is also very present on PARIS 33 ° it's hot! We can't wait for the next video.😉👍👍
Hi Nico, thanks for commenting. Yes, haha the bag is heavy but you know I'm one man I have to shoot videos by myself, besides its city roads I have to stop now and then, wait for traffic lights etc, if in normal situation it can reach around 45km I guess. This video is in electric mode though, haha

Hi, it's city roads. I wouldn't say all flat, it has ups and downs :D yes there are climb roads, but also down roads too

Andrea Macario My M365 can do 24km with 7.8ah battery so 40km with 11.6ah is as expected.
Yeah! I know guys, maybe I was just too in hype and was overestimating the possibilities of the battery.

Hi Andrea, it's not disappointing regarding the battery :D You have to know it loads around 90kg during the whole test, I always stop now and then for shooting, testing on uphill slopes, traffic lights those and these could cause a shorter range test. If in normal situation I guess it can easily goes up to around 45km :D
