WOW..... We were at this show in Fergus Ontario.. I have pictures of my son's (very small at the time) with these trucks, actually sitting in the wheels!..... Great Memories Thanks!!
Trevor Odom He built a single engine race truck in the 90s, his first race he got beat by about 15 truck lengths so then he finished the race and rolled it end over end at the finish line. That was the end of Goliath, but still one of my favorites. He still messes around with this stuff but he is a behind the scenes guy on the toughest monster truck tour.
(shrugs) Some are on display. Others have sadly been disassembled. Some were junked after a last crash. Still others still sit in garages and barns in testament to a passed era when mts were about power and prestige rather than getting air and straight out boring races. I have nothing against mts today but their shows are just nowhere near as good as they were back in the 80s.
You are so right. Look at the people in the big monster truck shows today: there are no emotions anymore. They look so bored. Look at the prople watching a monster truck show in the 1980's. They loved it! :-)
The Old School trucks are the only ones worth watching... I went to many events as a child, and I miss the trucks of yester year...
Love the old leaf springs
Thank you so much for holding the camera very still. I've never been so content.
I like that they have leaf springs and bench seats.
love the ice monster sutch a cool truck one of my all time favs...

True monster trucks! I miss them days
Yes,those were good days.
Lets see how hard we can stress out the drivetrain lol Great vid, I love it!
I alwayss wanted to know what happend to these rigs
Parked out back or in the hall of fame.
Nice to see an old school event without Bigfoot...a leveled playing field with equal budgets.
like he said look it up there some monster trucks that still do mud runs and pulls with current tech
you would be amazed what gusseted, or sheetmetal F106's with clark or pettibone planetaries can take. way more than a stock 5 ton axle.
Where did all those trucks go to you don't see them anymore
Goliath wasn’t a fast truck but it was a beast when it came to the grunt work, sweet truck!
T J prolly bc too heavy with two engines

T J it was a cool truck the two engines looks trick as hell. By today’s standards more of a show truck but I get where you are coming from.
Trevor Odom The original is in the International Monster Truck Hall of Fame, I don’t believe the engines are in it.
This was in Ontario , I was there , It was a blast
Where did you get this rare footage?
