I turned emotional seeing this.. I have heard my mom sharing difficult times while her dad took part in both the world wars. It's certainly a good share.. Thank you! Proud of you, came to know you are an ex student of CKC, Tambaram 💛💛
Oh my God! Your grandfather took part in both the wars? Oh Wow. I can't imagine what your family must have gone through in those times. My big 'sashtanga namasakaram' for your grandfather. I'm glad you came across this video and yes, I'm indeed a proud alumnus of CKC! :)
I’m grateful for the display of my forefather Subadar Jahandad Khan Bahadur’s name, who was part of the 40th Pathans, on the Minnen Gate Memorial. Thank you
I was in Ypres and went to see the memorial. Felt very proud and also disappointed that nobody knows and acknowledge the sacrifice of 75,000 Indian soldiers who perished thousands of miles away from their homeland fighting somebody else's battles. FORGIVE BUT DO NOT FORGET! JAI HIND 🇮🇳🇮🇳
One of the best videos I've ever seen. This thirty minute journey takes us to thank the soldiers with you, imagine what they and their families would have gone through. I'm sure it would be a moment of honour if any of their family gets to watch this video. Great efforts bhusha
Thank you so much Prati. It is an absolute shock & horror when I learnt this and I had to do this video. I can't even imagine what their families would have gone through!
Such a wonderful video, A big salute to all the valiant soldiers who fought and died in both World wars even though it was not their war, they fought and died for a better world. U bowed down, prayed and did namaste to the soldiers no matter from what religion they belonged. This shows what culture you belong to, a true Indian!!! May all of us follow ur example.
I bow to them for their gallantry and for sacrificing their valueable lives and giving us a secure environment. I am lost for words. I simply just salute them
Thank you so much Rupam. Big big salute to our soldiers. I hope their families & next generations, back in India (& Pakistan, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh) are doing well.

A very fine undertaking to personally pay your respect at each grave. I have shared this with my friends in India.
